As you can see in the video there is a guy surfing at the middle of the tyhpoon that just passed in Japan, but also this guy used a camera attached to his RC Helicopter, so we can see the sea and the coast, if you had been used a RC Heli, you know that controlling it at those high speed winds is near impossible
