Just check the quality of the backgrounds and animation, is very interesting
Seems to be a Fanmade animation, they used 3d cgi and 2d "re-vectoring" animation, is the name that I give to an animation made before and then each frame is vectorized at first and then they change the drawings a little to look like is a new character or evangelion in this case
